There are lots of entry-level courses for UX designers. However, when you have made your experience (it’s also called “pain based learning”) and you start building your team, you won’t get much further with well-meant advice and YouTube videos.
“Building up a UX team” sounds easier than it is - and it actually does not even sound that easy. In this coachaing and consulting sessions, we look into topics which are common as a challenge, but very individual as a solution, like elaborating your UX strategy, setting UX priorities in projects, creating a career path or just have a good process to handle new projects.

Consulting for building and extending UX teams. We look into topics like your UX strategy, setting priorities in hiring and scaling up your delivery capabilities. All these things will help focusing your team members on what they can do best (whatever this may be) and brings value to the company.

Based on your concrete challenges we look at those aspects of UX leadership you need for your team. This is an open conversation on eye-level, not generic BS. With 15 years of experience in UX leadership roles, I know that there painful moments and that an outside perspective can be very helpful at times.
