What we do not offer
There are a lot of things we are not good at and there are a few things we just don’t do because we believe they are stupid. Here is a list of things we have been asked for and where we had to respectfully decline.
-
We are two people in our company and therefore do not have the bandwidth to complement your team on short notice or over an extended period of time. Still, we are happy to help you improving your processes and we can look into approaches to make you faster or to scale up your operation.
-
We have a set of trainings you can do by yourself, but we strongly advise to first get in touch with us before booking them as trainings are most effective if you can connect them with your daily work. We fine-tune a training for you to make it fit your needs. We also offer training sessions on specific topics where you can bring your own project.
-
We have been asked to train a person who then will train their peers. Been there, done that and it totally sucks.
“Teaching” and “Doing” are pretty different things and not every good “doer” is a good trainer. A training must be tailored to the trainer and there is a lot of context and experience you cannot document in the regular training material.
Should you plan to build your own training capabilities, I am more than happy to coach your trainer and you can even buy my training material, but your trainer needs to make sure the training fits the company culture, terminology and strategy.

Big UX agencies offer, next to standard consulting, also sales shows for higher mangement and impressive tools which coincidentially fit the suggested solution.
We have no eloquent sales team you will never see again after the contracts are signed and we do not sell tools. You work with Bernhard and when the job is done and you are satisfied with the outcome, Christine will send you the invoice - that’s about it.
